Postpartum Recovery Mini-Series
Are you craving community and support as you navigate postpartum healing? Do you want to understand your body’s recovery—how pregnancy, delivery, and early postpartum can impact your nervous system?
This 4-week series is a gentle, educational introduction to postpartum recovery. It’s designed for moms who want to:
Learn the big-picture ideas about core, pelvic floor, and overall physical recovery
Explore posture, movement, and body awareness
Understand nervous system regulation and learn practical tools you can start using right away
Connect with a small, supportive community
Series Details:
When: Thursdays, every other week, 60 minutes per session
Dates: Jan 15 – Feb 26
Location: 2525 W Pikes Peak Ave, Suite C - Root & Ember Physical Therapy Clinic
Investment: $100 for the full series or $35 per drop-in
Instructor: Rachael Gossett, PT, DPT, SEP
I lead this series with a trauma-informed, whole-body approach. It’s a safe space to explore, ask questions, and try new ideas—without pressure or performance expectations. You’ll leave with practical tools and a better understanding of your body’s recovery, and see if individualized pelvic floor PT could be right for you.
For participants who decide to move into individual pelvic floor PT after the series, a special consultation rate will be available. ⚠️ Please note: this series is educational and supportive in nature, not a substitute for individualized physical therapy, and is best suited for moms within the first year postpartum.
