DR. RACHAEL GOSSETT, PT, DPT, SEP, PCES
Rachael Gossett, PT, DPT, SEP, PCES is a somatic-focused physical therapist who is passionate about helping people feel safe, connected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Since earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018, she has since specialized in pelvic health with a deep interest in the mind-body-gut connection and its influence on physical symptoms.
Rachael has her Somatic Experiencing Practitioner ® (SEP) certificate, having completed a three-year program focused on understanding how trauma impacts the autonomic nervous system. She uses this knowledge to support clients whose pain or physical impairments may stem from a traumatic injury, event, or time period. She consistently approaches treatment with sensitivity, safety, and care. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space that is supportive, engaging, and conducive to deep, holistic healing.
With a strong orthopedic background, Rachael confidently treats the whole body. Her primary focus is pelvic floor physical therapy, and she holds a certification as a Pregnant and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). She is committed to helping women better understand their bodies and access the care they deserve—offering a judgment-free space to address any pelvic-related or body based concerns. Rachael’s treatment style integrates exercise prescription, motor control training, manual therapy, functional dry needling (FDN), and education on pain neuroscience and autonomic nervous system regulation training. Each plan is tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the individual.
Her hope for every client at Reclamation is to foster confidence, embodiment, and a sense of safety within the body—empowering them to move through life with greater freedom, connection, purpose, and joy.
